Park in the street on Greenwood Ave or 9th St, just be sure not to block any driveways or alley.
Our home almost 100 years old, which means sound travels more than newer homes. We love the original windows on the main floor, but that means you will hear traffic passing by. You may hear your downstairs neighbors walking talking, and they will hear you. We ask all guests to be courteous of each other by keeping voices to normal speaking levels, and entertainment devices low.
Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am and are strictly enforced. Please reach out if you have any concerns.

Our home is automatically temperature controlled with sensors throughout the house. There is a thermostat at the top of the stairs and in the downstairs hallway if you need to make minor adjustments. Please remember this is an old home and as such, maintaining the perfect modern-day temperature is not always feasible.

- Please be respectful of the foosball table - no sitting on it and avoid drinks when playing.
- There is a chess / checkers / backgammon board in the living room and various board games in the library upstairs. Please take care in returning pieces to their appropriate spot for the next guest.
You have a full kitchen at your disposal! Available are all of the basic pots, pans, and baking items needed for most cooking, as well as some additions such as a blender. Please scrape dishes before they go into the dishwasher.
The hot tub is yours to use and relax!
- Take a shower before entering the hot tub
- Be sure to unclip all sides of the cover before removing
- Always reinstall and clip the cover when not in use
- NO GLASS in or around the hot tub
- 4 people at a time MAXIMUM
- Be careful not to spill anything in the water - additional cleaning charges of $200 will apply for hot tub water contaminated with dirt, food, drinks, glass, or other
- Dark towels for the hot tub are available in the hallway closet
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am - Please be respectful of your neighbors and community
Outside is a gas grill available for your use. For optimal and safe use:
- Pull grill away from house 2-3 feet.
- Gather grill tools in the silver box from the kitchen.
- Turn on gas, turn dial to needed burners, and use ignition button to start.
- Use the scraper found in grill tools box to clean grill.
- Cook as needed, ensuring no flames ignite.
- Do not put water on the grill if flames occur. Turn off grill and gas, and keep lid closed until flames die down.
- When finished cooking, remove all food, turn off grill, and turn off gas.
- Once the grill is cooled to touch, please return it against the house and put the weather cover back on.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer. We do not stock detergent, however, often times our guests leave some behind for others to use. Be sure to check and empty the lint trap of the dryer each time you use it.
