Our pre-skiing go-to for a quick bite or hearty breakfast, and a great latte.  Go back for apres ski self-serve vino, kicking back on an oversized sofa.

 This is another of Cameron and Emily’s favorites, and great place to bring friends.  The boisterous atmosphere is great, and the beers and food have always been fantastic.  Cameron’s favorite here is their chili, but be warned - sometimes it can be quite hot! 

Incredible food at the top of a mountain with two gorgeous gondola rides!  You really cannot miss this, it is a must at least once - but you will want to come back, trust me!  Be sure to make your reservations in advance!

My first time having fondue on top of a mountain was not in Switzerland... it was here at Keystone, at the ripe age of 9.  I have fond memories of this place as a child, and loved experiencing the mountain from two gondolas to get to this amazing location.  Make your reservations early and give the whole lot of you an experience to remember!

Pug Ryan's is a Summit County classic, featuring your favorite pub fares as well as flatiron steak and fried trout.  Oh, they also have a killer happy hour with their award-winning beers. From May to September you can enjoy Pug Ryan's Tiki Bar at Dillon Marina. BTW, the Tiki Bar was named Colorado's best beach bar by Travel Pulse... just sayin'

 This is THE PLACE to go for breakfast and brunch.  We recommend arriving early or be prepared to wait in line.  Their bakery is amazing and the service is quick, and it’s worth the quick 10 minute drive to Frisco. 

 This is a long-standing Keystone dive, with great food and beers.  On the weekends they typically have live music. 

 Another local place, this grill has a great mix of tex-mex, steaks, and burgers.  It’s easy to get to, and the service is always great. 

 This is a local’s favorite, including ours.  The house margaritas are simple and effective (re: strong), and their chips and salsas are fantastic.  Emily’s go-to favorite every time here is their chili relleno.  Their early-afternoon happy hour is great for their super cheap tacos! 

 A great local pizza joint in the Keystone River Run Village.  The smell of garlic bread and the quick and no-fuss environment make this one of our favorites for something simple that our whole family loves. 

Another long-standing staple at the Keystone River Run Village.  This place has some of our all-time favorite burgers, and is a great place to relax with some beers after a long day hiking, mountain biking, or skiing.

 This is a great upscale restaurant right in Keystone’s Main Village.  Cameron loves their craft cocktails here, and is a place our family always makes time to go to for special occasions.  We highly recommend this, especially if you’re looking for something more fancy. 

 Another great breakfast place, and a popular spot in Frisco.  Their coffee is always spot-on, and their farm-to-table vibe always brings fresh flavors. 

 A great place for large groups, and for filling up on that wonderful Italian comfort food.  Emily really enjoys the wine selection here, and the great variety of pastas, sauces, and great garlic bread. 

 This might be one of the most underrated restaurants in the whole area.  Their food has always been amazing, and we both love their cocktail menu. 

The free shuttle picks up right in our parking lot, and provides quick access to the Mountain House base and Keystone slopes! 

Just a quick 20 minute drive from our condo, Breckenridge resort offers restaurants, shops, and skiing for everyone!  

 An awesome family-friendly activity, at the top of Keystone! This awesome tubing hill features the world's largest snow castle, and allows guests to take the gondola to the top of Keystone to enjoy the amazing views. 

 This is a really fun spot for those who want to take a shot a snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. The staff are super helpful, and the groomed trails provide a fun outdoor experience and amazing views for the fraction of the cost of a ski ticket. 

Showshoes can be rented from a number of places here, including REI and Christy's sports.  Any of the hiking trails make great options for this in the winter, as well as the Keystone Nordic Center.

These Ice Castles are a MUST SEE.  Tickets sell out way in advance, so be sure to pre-plan.  These ice castles are super unique, and one of our favorite things to do in Dillon.

This Frisco Adventure Park is a great spot to swing by if you know you're going to be in the area.  While not quite as scenic as Keystone's tubing hill, this one is REALLY long.

Fat Bikes and make a new experience out of snow.  Bikes can be rented for a number of places are great if you want a change from skis.

Dillon Reservoir is an ideal spot to ice fish in the winter.  The entire Reservoir freezes up, allowing you to find your ideal spot.

The Lakeside village is the perfect way to do something unique, especially in the evenings.  Skates can be rented right from the adventure center, and you can skate the frozen lake!

 The unofficial best sledding hill in Keystone is FREE! It’s just a few minutes drive from our condo, and a ton of fun. Be sure to bring your own sled.

Enjoy free local and regional musicians every Friday 4:00-6:00pm in River Run!

Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco all feature loads of festivals all summer long.  Wine + Jazz, Bluegrass + Beer, Bacon + Bourbon, Art, Music, and so much more.

The mountain biking in this area is amazing.  Our favorite is right outside the condo, up the Keystone Gulch trail.

Our family loves heading into the Rockies for hiking! There are a TON of trails for all skill levels. A few of our favorites include Soda Ridge Trail (fairly easy and can be taken from right outside our condo); Lake Shore Loop (moderate hike with great views of Dillon Reservoir); Lilypad Lake (shorter hike but still moderate).

 The whole area features some renowned golf courses.  Keystone’s River course and Ranch course each feature a unique experience with amazing views. 

 Dillon Reservoir is absolutely beautiful in both summer and winter.  You can ice fish in the winter, but our favorite time to enjoy it is in the summer with kayaks.  We recommend checking out the marina where you can rent boats, kayaks, and more. 

 This path is accessible right outside our condo and is beautiful for walks any time of the day. You can also ride your bike and take this path all the way to Frisco.

Frisco's Main Street is filled with TONs of great stores. We recommend taking some time to walk the whole thing and stop into all of the local shops. We especially love River’s Clothing Company and Next Page bookstore.

So many of your favorite brands are right down the road - Banana Republic, Columbia, Tesla, William Sonoma and more!  Plus Starbucks, of course.

This is of course, the place to go for your outdoor needs.  We've never been disappointed here, and have found that the REI brand stuff is sometimes the best around.

Target is a bout 10 minutes from our condo, and a great stop for getting any gear, clothing, or groceries during your stay.

This downtown is loaded with quaint shops, and an ideal place for souvenirs, gifts, and dinner.  It's always beautiful at night with lit up trees.  Be sure to checkout THE Breckenridge brewery while you're here.

There are a handful on great shops right in the heart of Keystone.  Epic Mountain Sports and Christy’s are great if you’ve forgotten any gear, and there are a handful of shops perfect for apparel, gifts, and souvenirs. 

Drive 1.5 hours to the famous Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) for idyllic Colorado views. Hiking, camping, tours and more await you in this pristine region.

Breweries, festivals, a quaint downtown, hiking, and more. Fort Collins is less than hour from Greeley and has a lot to explore.

Stop in Estes on your way to RMNP for food and shopping downtown, a spooky tour of the haunted Stanley Hotel, or catch a festival. It is common to see Elk in town here!

Boulder is known for its hiking, rock climbing, biking, breweries, and more. Catch a festival, walk the famous Pearl Street Mall, or explore the outdoors an hour away from Greeley.

The Mile High City boasts professional sports, art galleries, museums, concerts, plays, the ballet, and some of the best international cuisine. Our favorite neighborhoods include RiNo and The Highlands!
